To ensure your visits in our office are exceptional, here is what to expect during our time together.
So we can get to know you, you will complete our intake forms. Simply print them out from our website and fill them out to your best ability!
(Don’t have a printer? No Worries! Stop by and pick them up or plan to arrive 15 minutes early to get them filled out) Dr. Seitz will use this information to create your customized Care Plan.
You will meet or have a phone call with Dr. Seitz to review your health history. By understanding where you’ve been, we can create a picture and timeline of your health. This information is vital in determining your baseline and the care needed to help you reach your goals. Together we will work to create your vision of ideal living.
Examinations are done every 12 visits to determine your progress, and it aids Dr. Seitz in understanding the cause of your health challenge(s) and to create your customized Care Plan. It may be necessary to take x-rays of your spine to determine the severity and complexity of the subluxation complex that is causing your problems and to rule out any pathology. If it is necessary to take x-rays, we have a state of the art digital x-ray machine on site to perform the x-rays in house. When it comes to your health, we do not guess, we take images to know.
During your second visit, Dr. Seitz will share what she discovered about your health based on your Consultation, Exams, and X-Rays (if they were taken). From there, she will provide your Customized Care Plan, which is the route for regaining and keeping your health. We find that it’s much easier to bring your spouse/significant other with you so that they can hear what Dr. Seitz reports concerning your health. As well, it’s best when your spouse/significant other can ask questions if they so desire. Plan to spend 20-minutes at our office during this visit. All following visits last about 5-7 minutes. We fully embrace that you do not live to get adjusted but rather get adjusted to FULLY LIVE!!
You will be checked for vertebral subluxation and if present you’ll get adjusted. It’s as simple as that.
